The Challenge

Kenyan banks and private-sector players had little practical guidance on how to align with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), a framework still new enough that few local precedents existed.

Our Approach

Lybra designed and delivered TNFD capacity-building workshops for members of the Kenya Bankers Association and the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, guided the development of TNFD case studies with pilot organisations, and built a TNFD Adoption Tracking Tool tailored to the Kenyan context.
