Preparing a Profession for IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards

Kenya’s accounting and finance profession faces a shift that goes well beyond new technical rules: the move to the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards changes what accountants are trained to do and how their work is assessed.
