Patrick Nganga
Principal Consultant
Patrick is an expert in sustainability reporting, sustainability strategy, and climate risk management. He has a strong foundation in accounting, reporting, financial management, operations, and strategy development and execution, gained from over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. With over 6 years of sustainability consulting experience and a deep understanding of business systems, he offers a unique perspective to clients, guiding them in the development of robust sustainability frameworks that drive value for stakeholders, social impact and environmental stewardship. He is a seasoned trainer, educating corporate teams on diverse sustainability topics, providing actionable insights and real-world solutions.
He holds a Master of Sustainability Leadership degree from Arizona State University – USA, and an MBA from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified (Governance) Secretary. He has certifications in greenhouse gas management and accounting from the GHG Management Institute, Sustainability and Climate Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and Environmental and Social Risk Analysis from UNEP-FI. He is a Certified Sustainability Professional by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and holds the IFRS Sustainability FSA credential.

Joyce is a seasoned sustainability analyst who brings a wealth of expertise from the field of environmental sustainability. With a robust foundation in environmental studies, she is able to conduct rigorous research on various environmental and social issues and engage in comprehensive data collection and analysis. She is adept at synthesising information into actionable insights.
Joyce’s career has been marked by her collaboration on diverse projects with esteemed organisations such as Research Plus Africa and the United Nations Development Programme. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk Management from the Global Association of Professionals.
